Its declared centre of gravity is sedation: intravenous moderate sedation, not only the pill-and-gas route, with staff trained in advanced CPR and IV sedation support. That shapes who comes in: long restorative appointments, surgical implant cases, people who have kept away for years.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Services\"><\/span>Services<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>General care covers exams, hygiene, tooth-coloured fillings and bonding, root canal treatment, gum therapy with scaling and root planing, and wisdom tooth removal. Children are seen. Cosmetic work covers whitening, porcelain veneers, crowns and bridges, Invisalign aligners. Implants are a large share of the caseload: single teeth, fixed bridges, implant-retained dentures, full-arch restoration on four implants, bone grafting for a thin ridge. Jaw pain and grinding are met with TMJ therapy and night guards, snoring and apnea with oral appliances. Emergencies are seen the same day, walk-ins included.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sedation_and_technology\"><\/span>Sedation and technology<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nitrous oxide, oral and IV sedation are offered after a medical screening, with vital signs monitored; the clinic describes a two-drug protocol so depth can be adjusted mid-procedure. Imaging is digital: intraoral cameras that show the tooth on screen, low-dose and panoramic radiographs, 3D scanning for implant planning. Operatories have tablets and noise-cancelling headphones; the waiting area is set up for children.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dentists\"><\/span>Dentists<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dr. Gregory Broyde, the owner, studied pharmacology and then dentistry at the University of Alberta, worked four years as a Calgary associate, and has further training in implants, complex root canals and wisdom tooth surgery. He belongs to the Alberta and Canadian Dental Associations. Dr. Siavash Yari, Calgary-raised and Alberta-trained, holds the added qualification in oral, nitrous and IV sedation. Dr. Navdeep Dhaliwal covers root canals, children&#8217;s dentistry and Invisalign; Dr. Keely Bullen trained at Midwestern University in Arizona.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Who_it_suits\"><\/span>Who it suits<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>People downtown wanting the whole implant sequence &#8211; planning, surgery, final tooth &#8211; in one office; anyone whose dental fear needs more than laughing gas; and patients seeking a second opinion on a plan drawn up elsewhere.
